kwakseongjin • October 1, 2018Tokyo branch of Nagoya main store. Specialty with miso tare(bean paste sauce) on tonkatsu(beef cutlet). Try tonkatsu on hot plate. Worth visiting when you come to Tokyo.

Hiroki K. • March 22富士デュロックロースかつ定食(200g)¥1500。キャベツとご飯の一回おかわり可。少し時間が掛かるが、ゆっくりと丁寧に揚げていきます。さっくりした衣、旨みもあるとけるような脂身。しっとりとやわらかい肉の食感…サイコー！カウンターに貼り出しているとおりに、"塩→出汁醤油→ソース(辛口)→madroosソース"の順番で試すべし♫ご飯おいしい、しじみの味噌汁もうまい。付け合わせの豆腐はお塩がオススメ。
