service was helpful, clear english menu. the lunch set is sooo much food - rice AND pasta?! the tonkatsu is super crisp and piping hot. cash only.

The pork is nice and the sauce is bitter sweet (bit like HP sauce). It's a bit of a tourist restaurant though so you also get pasta with ketchup as side dish.🤢

Say "English" and they have a simple English menu with pictures for you..but it doesn't have all the items in the Japanese menu.

No need to order the premium cutlet. Just average, nothing great compared to other places we have been to in Tokyo. Open on Sundays though.

カツライス最上ロース100g ¥1150。100gはどうかとも思いきや、ポークカツレツの流れをくむトンカツよりやや薄めのナイフで切り分けた様な仕上がりで見栄えも良いロースカツ。なんと、喜ばしいことにガルニとして"ナポリタンが"添えられている♫最初にご飯大盛りで頂いたが、後から"キャベツとご飯はおわかりできます!"とのこと。

数年ぶりに梅林本店前はたまに秋葉原にあったフードコートで食べてたけどいつの間にか閉店して消えたからな梅林はたかみなヲタクをしてたから知った店だけど何年たっても行列えぐいな多分30分以上待ったスペシャルカツ丼 (๑´ㅂ`๑)ŧ‹"ŧ‹"ｵｲﾁｲ///
