Kazy • December 15, 2017みそホルモンメン 900円。平打ちの中太ストレート麺。柔らかめの茹で上がり。大きな"ホルモン"、半熟煮玉子、もやし、ネギ、メンマ、海苔。"ホルモン"と呼ばれる肉の正体は豚バラ軟骨。ピリ辛の味付で、トロトロになるまで煮込まれている。豚骨ベースの味噌スープ自体は意外とあっさりだが、大量の背脂でこってり仕上がっている。表面を背脂が覆い、温度がなかなか下がらない。ボリュームたっぷりのジャンキーな一杯。

Kazy • March 23, 2018煮たまごらぁめん(ほそ麺・しょうゆ) 750円。吸引力が必要な極細の平打ち縮れ麺。伸びるのが早いので注意。チャーシュー2枚、歯が入りやすいメンマ、海苔、ネギ、黄身がトロトロと溢れる見事な半熟の煮たまご。綺麗に透き通った清湯系スープは、鶏ガラ100%と煮干しタレの組み合わせ。細麺との相性が良いあっさりとした味わい。ハマるかどうかは別として、この味を嫌いという人はまずいないと思う一杯。
