"Had 2 have room vacuumed, bathroom cleaned. Housekeeping awful between me & whoever was here before. Person in front of me had issue w/ his room also. Not sure why rooms were not made up correctly."

"Our room in bldg 14, top floor, smelled of cigarette smoke, had burnt out light bulbs, very loud bathroom fans and stains in the tub. Our last stay here in June was fine!"
