    "The staff is swamped and never has time to help you. I changed rooms bc it stunk and the tv was broken. When I arrived in the new room, I found lady-blood stains on the sheets. FUCK YOU GOOD HOTEL"

    "The lobby leads you to believe this is a hip, Eco friendly hotel. It's hip and Eco friendly, but I'd barely call the broken tv, incredibly hard mattress and two flimsy pillows a hotel room."
