"Pam has worked for B&Q for 35 years & has yet to learn any customer service skills! Miserable staff and not enough of them. 1 till manned on a busy Saturday afternoon and the self service not in use."

"Understaffed and dirty! It appears to be a relatively new Costa and is nice and large. The interior however is dirty! Tables are not clean, chairs have stains all over them and the floor is filthy."
