    4種類のソース（醤油含む）と塩で食べる特選ロースは絶品。特にシェフおすすめの醤油と洋食屋らしいデミグラスソースはかなり印象的。ここまでの厚さでキメの細かい肉を見たことがない。食後にはコーヒーをいただき大満足。再訪必至。
