Applies to any Lawson -- this is your joint to buy Ghibli Museum tickets. The L-code is 300[the month], so 30009 for Sep., 30010 for Oct. You'll have to just try a bunch of times to find an opening.

If you stay @ Asakusa Smile, this is the ¥100 shop 2 blocks south of it, on the same side of the avenue. I highly recommend it. ☺
