    豬排肉質紮實，真材實料；炸魚肉質鮮美；炸豆腐外脆內嫩；味噌拉麵湯頭濃郁而不膩，麵條有嚼勁，唯一美中不足的是配料不多（只有一小塊叉燒和幾小塊馬鈴薯），使得整碗拉麵豐富性略顯不足。
