列車到着時、麻生寄りの出入口の混雑が終日激しいので、駅中間付近（北4条）に用があるなら真駒内寄りの出入口の利用をおすすめ。

麻生駅寄りの北側は階段のみでエスカレーター･エレベーター共に無いので、反対の南側に向かった方がいいです。

東豊線へは、真駒内行:前寄り麻生行:後ろ寄り。JR線・エスタ等商業誌せちへは、真駒内行:後ろ寄り麻生行:前寄りが便利。
