    塩トンコツのたまご麺は茹でるのに時間がかかるので、替玉する人は食べ始めに頼んでおけば丁度いい感じ。

    普通の長浜ラーメンより麺固め。よそで固メンで食べる人は普通ぐらいでいいかも。
