Mini museum. Almost everything is in Jap. But there are a few interactive exhibits that don’t require any translation. 20min tops.

Really good information about Japan's bank notes, under uv light or the hidden information. 100 million shredded Japanese yen was really amazing.

【小樽市指定文化財】日本銀行旧小樽支店の建物は、赤レンガで有名な東京駅の設計者・辰野金吾とその弟子である長野宇平治らが設計し、１９１２（明治４５）年７月に完成しました。辰野金吾は、日本銀行本店や東京駅をはじめ全国各地に数多くの建築作品を残すとともに、日本の近代建築の礎を築いた人として知られています。

ここは穴場。雰囲気もよくゆっくりくつろぎながら、お金に関わる歴史を学べます。入館無料、人も少なめで、オススメスポットですよ（≧∇≦）
