KazyAugust 13, 2017焼きあご塩らー麺 800円。ともにやや縮れた中太平打ち麺と細麺のミックス。煮豚と低温調理レア仕上げのチャーシュー2種、メンマ、水菜、白髪ネギ、小海老。スープは国産豚の拳骨をじっくり炊いたものに、焼きあごを主体とした魚介系を重ねている。焼きあごは長崎県平戸近海で水揚げされた新鮮なトビウオを炭火で丁寧に焼き上げたものを使用。スープの美味さが突出していて、他は平均点といった印象。
Upvote6DownvoteUpvoted 3 weeks ago- KazyAugust 13, 2017日曜21:40で13人待ち。着丼まで30分強。店頭の券売機で食券を購入してから列に並ぶ。店内はL字型カウンターで全12席。先に食券を買わせる割には、オペレーションの要領が良くない。店先の客が並ぶスペースにゴミが置いてあったり、店内の壁際に物が積んであったりする点は、飲食店として清潔感に欠けていて気になった。

麺タンピン ドラドラJanuary 20, 2019写真は、"得"製焼きあご塩らー麺。肉は3種類(鶏・バラ・モモ？)。旨味の強いスープなので、今度はご飯を注文してお茶漬で食べてみたいです。他には背脂醤油らー麺や、塩つけ麺などもあります。

Takahiko SuzukiAugust 20, 2017日曜16時に10人ほどの行列で着席まで30分。チケット先に回収する割には、おそろしく回転が悪く、長い行列も回転が悪いためか。ラーメン自体はおいしい。UpvoteDownvote
