"昭和42年（1967）、明治維新100年を記念して建立されたらしい。堂内には、明治天皇の像を中心に、三条実美、岩倉具視、木戸孝允、大久保利通、西郷隆盛の5人の像があるという。ちなみに大磯（神奈川県）には七賢堂（https://4sq.com/2rqA8RW）があるが、こちらに西郷は含まれていない。"
