    大野弁吉については茶運び人形をはじめとするからくり人形がフィーチャーされがちですが、幕末期に広く西洋文明に精通したとてつもない天才科学者・技術者・発明家です。「加賀のダビンチ」とも呼ばれます。ただし、弁吉は金沢出身ではなく、奥さんの地元の金沢に移住された方です。
