とろとろ、ふわふわで旨みたっぷりの牛スジ玉と飯との相性抜群。備え付けの沢庵を乗せていただくと、また格別。かなり上等な牛スジを使用しているらしく、ボリュームと相まって満足度は非常に高い。何度でも通いたい店。
