    1931 年に日本綿業倶楽部の施設として建てられた RC 造 6 階建、ルネサンス風の建物で、設計は商船三井ビルディングなども手掛けた渡辺節。ワイヤー入り耐火ガラスの窓は大阪大空襲にも耐えた。
