トマト焼きそばが看板メニューですが､その他にヤングコーン､ひすいなす､ワカメなど外せない食材がたくさん。そのなかでも私のお勧めは「ウニ餅」です。ほかほかに焼いた餅にウニを塗りたくって少し焼き､最後に海苔で巻きます。香ばしい磯の香りがしますよ。UpvoteDownvote
