Everything was quite good. Love the Hong Kong style roasted meats. The suckling pig was quite good.

Get in early and try the shajiangji (literally ‘sand ginger chicken’) before it’s sold out at dinner. Incredibly juicy and flavoursome poached chicken sprinkled with a blanket of fried minced ginger.
