潮興潮州粥的特色是老闆陳順昌堅持選用剛收割稻米,雖然價格較貴,但米香濃郁,口感上比較有嚼勁。白粥經大火煲滾後仍維持米粒分明,而且粥與菜餚配合得天衣無縫。這裡的小菜每天多達廿餘樣,有滷蛋豬腸滷肉咸菜、花生、豬腳醋、蒸排骨、咸魚及滷豬頭皮等,每樣皆是潮州粥的最佳拍檔,加上煮法很家庭式,讓人從中感覺到“家”的味道。潮興飯店 Jln Dato Abd Rahman, Seremban, 11am-7pm
