I highly recommend this place. Awesome clean food, great and friendly staff. Great for families as it's kid friendly. The staff will even perform a magic trick.

no.6 tonkotsu black was awesome!! However the chicken katsu curry is very ordinary, will not order again. San-San @ crows nest still does best katsu curry. But Manpuku is now my no.1 Sydney ramen!!

Provides u with a range of the usual ramen in Sydney. However, their specialty ramen r of Northern Jap origin. Get #7 (shiawase) for a beautiful broth with subtle flavours.

Chicken karage was crunchy & fresh. Chicken & pork miso with spice was full of flavour. Service friendly & usual ramen house loud!

Love their pork belly meat, too bad there's only 1 in each bowl. Order extra, totally worth it.

Wow, everything looked good here. I had the #6 which had slight garlicky broth. I had extra noodles, totally worth it!

If you like Gumshara's super thick broth, then u might not like this place. Still easily one of the more authentic Japanese ramen in Sydney. They needa work on their queuing & seating system though

The ramen is large and cheap for student. Just show your card. The eggs seemed a little pricey and the miso was very salty. I would recommend but menya in the city is superior.

Get number 7 ramen + garlic purée... And don't forget a chewing gum after that.

Had the number 7 which was yum! Nice soup base not too salty and not bland at all. Gotta come back and try the others!

Ask for extreme hot red Manpuku for some chilli adventure. Can you handle it?

If I have to choose between this and Ipuddo, it is Ipuddo at anytime. Overcooked noodles and taste like from packet and oily soup, so heavy and all you taste is just oil floating on around your throat

The ramen with the long name (#7) is quite unremarkable - I'm not sure why Manpuku is so popular...

I was upset that one Japanese counter lady treated me bad. They look friendly, but who knows what they are talking confidentially in Japanese. Because I understand Japanese... Never going back!
