"They offer "fresh water mozzarella" for some dishes, which seems to be a low-lactose cheese. They subbed it for free on my pizza and I had no reaction. The pie was a little soggy, though."

"If you walk in off the street and order a custom-made item, follow up the next day to ensure that they put in the order. They're used to web orders for custom work & those are submitted automatically."

"The marinara pizza is automatically made w/o cheese, so it doesn't come out tasting like tomato sauce on a cracker. Pepperoni can be added for extra."

"If you're walking in from 23rd, there's a shortcut to the front door through the church parking lot - complete with a stairway into the Y's lot. When leaving the Y, the stairs are near the dumpsters."
