Yusuke KubonoSeptember 23, 2021ロースかつ定食(1500円)の180グラムのお肉との対峙。サクッと揚げられたロースカツにはソースと粗塩でいただきます。やはり、粗塩でいただくのがなんともたまらぬ美味しさがあります。
