    【国指定重要文化財】...指定名称は『二条城 二の丸御殿唐門』...二の丸御殿の正門。切妻造の屋根の前後に唐破風が付いた桧皮葺の四脚門。長寿を意味する「松竹梅に鶴」や聖域を守護する「唐獅子」など豪華絢爛な極彩色の彫刻が施されています。二条城の築城は慶長7年（1602）年ですが、寛永3年（1626）の後水尾天皇の行幸に合わせ寛永2年に建てられたと考えられてるようです。
