The staff here are super friendly and are always keen to answer questions or give advice.
Best service I have had from any bike shop. Large range of kit, clothing and bikes. Bought my bike from there and the staff are spot on. Big thumbs up all round

Just came to collect my bike, after a test ride gears are not working properly... Left to wait hours to fix it what should be done when bike was built. Poor customer service...
Great bicycle shop, expert advice, professional service, and they let you borrow tools for free, as long as you fix your bike outside. Also has a good pump for tires.
A mixed bag. Medium sized store so limited range and can be v busy at peak times. Some of the staff are pretty unhelpful and unpleasant. Some of the younger guys are great though & v knowledgeable.
Really helpful staff. Though received a call from the workshop 10mins after leaving the store asking if I'd like to buy a full bike service for £55. A great place for all biking and running gear

Excellent selection of clothing from all the right brands, and top bikes and equipment. Friendly staff. A required stop for cyclist on a London pilgrimage, and close to Rapha too.

4 staff upstairs chatting to each other ignoring customers. Asked for 2014 model which I already saw at Evans & was told they are not available for another 2 months!? Or a 50% nonrefundable deposit!
Really slow. After telling me they'd be 10 minutes, it was half an hour to fix my puncture.
Probably the friendliest bike shop in London. Specialist in unusual cycles. Great for Bromptons and Bromptonauts (like me).

Not a very good shop. Unhelpful, assisstants with little knowledge of the products they sell, and unusually, bikes in general.

Selection seems reasonable but most bikes have compact sets. I'd only use if you were in a hurry for something specific (eg shoes, crash helmet, clothes, nutrition)
Great guys there. Personalized service, and they take the time to understand your problem and talk you through the issues. Not too expensive either, and never had a problem with a service they did.
Trendy cyclist-friendly café and bike workshop! Have a coffee whilst getting your puncture fixed! Great cakes, and good fresh seasonal ingredients. Open to 10pm.

Really great place for byke fans! There is also a pop up shop of momosan where u can buy exclusive Japanese objects for your home.
Better (and cheaper) coffee than a lot of bigger places near Old St roundabout, friendly and helpful staff.
Convenient for Wharf workers but service can be hit and miss. I was once charged extra for replacing a spoke on a Full bike service. Very cheeky.
