Get the hummus salsa with friend pita bread for appetizer. Chicago gyro if you're on a budget. Pastas or anything with gyros is good here.
Baked spaghetti is amazing. They also make fresh gnocchi, get it with bolgenese sauce.
Fantastic wings and anything with their wood-fired chicken is fantastic. Cajan chicken pasta with Sriracha sauce is my favorite here.
Adam bomb and the hobo (personally like it without cheese) are the best. Their sticky ribs are pretty damn good too.
Order any hot tea with a chocolate macaroon on a cold day...or honeydew bubble tea on a hot day (during the one month where Minnesota is hot). =)
Order affogato. Espresso poured over amaretto and salted caramel or coconut gelato. Mmm...
Sure, it's not all that unique.. but damn I love Chipotle. I don't know why.. but this new Chipotle in Eagan served me fresher food than the one in Burnsville (been to each like 20 or more times).
Sometimes they have someone playing music / piano in the middle of this restaurant and the ladies love raspberry martinis...good combo.
