Great spot for some activities: hiking, surfing, biking or sightseeing... Definitely worth a couple hours of your day. Free parking along the coast if you can find it!
All of the Milford beaches are some of the best in CT! They are spacious and never get too crowded.

Take a tent, umbrella, or cap to use AND LOTS of drinks. On a sunny day, you'll easily dehydrate from the heat and there isn't any shop nearby to purchase food or refreshments.
