Old school communist-style pancake shop. Delicious pancakes (palacinky) exactly like those from your grandma. More than 50 fillings, less than 60cents a piece.

Brynza soup served in a toast bread tip you can enjoy taken bread peace by peace with a mix if balsamic an oil. Be aware you might be full by the time the main course arrive! = )

Pretty much one of the most romantic places in Bratislava. Highly recommended especially in summer, when they have lovely outdoor seating just under a large willow tree. Great wine and friendly staff!

Their Pilsner is definitely the best in town. From menu try: mangalica steak, home-made patés, cheese tartar or calf ribs! (their kitchen is still starting out so I'd keep to these top-sellers)
Very little has changed since the end of the Austro-Hungarian Empire and given its size, you can see a lot with very little walking.

Every thursday there is a farmers market near to the park on "polna" street, with good food and other local products. I recommend Polna kuchyna trailer, with amazing beef sandwich.

My top restaurant in town. They're coooking with love and from seasonal ingredients. Menu is different app. every 6 weeks and always very delicious. Atmosphere is perfect and staff very friendly.

Great place, awesome slovak menu, superb prices. A bit of a drive but well worth the experience. Sad thing is they close at 9pm and will turn the lights off and run you out with no warning. Literally
