Haven't tried the NYC original & I assume that one's better. But this is probably one of the best burgers you're likely to find in an airport.
Instead of spending time figuring out the tapas get an Argentinian steak. You won't regret it. Consider ordering it slightly less done than you normally would - it comes out sizzling on a hot plate.
