Anne Peck: The food is a bit more casual here than at the Five & Ten, but the service is still perfect. The vegetarian plate is always superb, but so are the meats and fishes.
Anne Peck: Very good sushi, and the presentation is always a hoot. The Jalapeño Yellowtail is our favorite appetizer, and the sashimi comes on ice which is harboring glo-sticks.
Anne Peck: This is where you go when you feel like eating quiche. Seriously, very consistent pastas, meats, and quiches, with bright side salads. And they have a huge dessert case.
Anne Peck: Beyond casual, but the food really delivers. Lots of authentic Mexican, plus some other South American specialties such as Lomo Saltado... and Cuban sandwiches, for some reason. But it's all superb.
Anne Peck: We always wish this were a sit-down restaurant. Instead, you order at the counter, pay, and then sit. The food is always very good and fairly imaginative.
Anne Peck: Great crust, sauce, cheese, and imaginative toppings. Not the thin "New York slice" foldable pizza, but much, much better than Papa John's, Pizza Hut, etc. The salads are a cut above, too.
Anne Peck: OK, we don't have a Chipotle. Yet. This is the next best thing. Our ranking of the roll-your-own burrito joints: Chipotle, Willy's, Moe's, Barberito's.
