A housing tract built by over-zealous developers that crumbled into the ocean in 1929. You can still see sidewalk and other debris under the waves. Get around the fence during the day and be careful.
This collection of 17 interconnected structures were built by Italian immigrant Sabato Rodia over 33 years from 1921 to 1954. They were designated a National Historic Landmark in 1990.
