They have very good meals that are "fit and lite". They are not filling and fairly inexpensive We have 2 Mimi's in Springs. And they also have terrific breakfast as well.
This restaurant isn't bad on Wed you get a free slice of pie that is their selected pies of the month. They also have a few lite meals that do include any pie in the dessert menu.
Lots to eat here and there is a senior menu and a smaller portion menu. Great breakfast here as well.
They make your meal however you want to keep you happy. My favorite dish is the Vodka Chicken!
Great steaks and seafood and even better it's near a tourist trap- Manitou Springs!! Everyone who does visit Springs should stop by and then walk their meal off!
Very fine dining experience. A huge salad bar set in a wagon wheel set up and the restaurant is built inside a retired train depot. Lots of history in this building.
This hotel also is historic. It has a restaurant/bar and was burnt down but has been rebuilt. It's a must see!
