For major game days expect service to be so-so. You have to find a good person to take care of you or you are done. Bar gets packed and seating can be tight. Food is good though.
Frozen Hot Chocolate is not the same as it is in New York but for reverence sake you should still get it. Eating outside in Lincoln Road is a must during great weather.
