very nice Bath Ales pub, serving good food too - in a restauranty sort of way. Well worth a look in on any pub crawl, as it's tucked right next to the raven and the old green tree.
interesting rock/metal themed pub, selling, of course, an excellent pint of Wychwood's famous Hobgoblin beer. Also does a nice choice of ciders. Worth a visit on a wednesday for pre-discord.

The Royal Oak on lower bristol road is umpteen times CAMRA Bath and Borders POTY, and its easy to see why - it has a huge range of real ale from local microbreweries, as well as up to 4 ciders on tap
Last year's CAMRA Pub of the Year for Bath and Borders is still an excellent choice, serving amazing pies, and offering a huge selection of real ales, as well as real cider.
