Mind-blowing setting -- sunset over industrial ruins that invoke pre-redevelopment Red Hook in Brooklyn -- and excellent food. Absolutely worth the trip.

Sit at the bar, do the tasting menu and wine pairing. Some of the best prepared and cooked vegetables! The bartenders are very knowledgable and provide great insight into the wine you're drinking.

The entire experience is unique, professional and artistic. The food combination is creative, each dish has its own identity. The price is...very expensive, but it is worth it.
La Banchina often serves only one dish, which guests usually eat outside, cross-legged on the jetty with a glass of natural wine and some crusty bread.
Very nice room, loads of space (Compared to the other Mikkeler Bar) very scandinavian and of course the beers are good and the bartenders know their sselctions of beer
The menu isn't fixed and pretty ad hoc here so come in for surprises. It's a good place to slow down and enjoy your plates. :) Hidden gem, but it's on the tourist map!
Amazing asian food. Tuna tataki was the best I've ever had, pak choy in oyster sauce was delicious and the bao buns!! They were airy, light and the fillings were delicately chosen and super tasty!
