Guj Tungpalan: "Get the Volcano Roll. I'm a devout traditional sushi person, but this one is indeed cheat worthy. It's basically a california roll with baked scallops."
Quinton Ma: "I wish I could have had everything on the menu, but from what I tried, my must haves include: Tontoro Katsu (pork cheek), bukkake udon (cold udon), oxtail soup, and the unagi chirashi donburi."
Agnes: "Lesser-known (hence less touristy) but beautiful beach. Head to the lagoon at the end for great swimming and seclusion. Wonderful picnic spot and the best place to watch the sunset."
Lynette Eugenio: "This local brewery is creating some the best craft beers on the island. Try the Honey Citrus Saison, which is a classic ale style with locally grown citrus fruit and Big Island honey."
Cali I: "Went there when it first opened, and it was packed! But they have quite a large selection of beer, decent amount on tap, too. Friendly staff, locally made snacks!"
Chef L Canonico: "Lg chi tea and Halloumi burger for 18$. The burger is their most expensive item but it is filling and balances savory and sweet very well. Prepare for hipster elite here though very kind and welcoming"
Justin Rodriguez: "Everything is delicious here! From the smokin Moco to the amazing cornbeef hash! Not to mention, amazing service by folks who remember who you are and what you like. Great place."
Nick Petris: "I have to recommend what I had! The Kalua Benny and Mac Nut Pancake. The red gravy on the kalua pork reminds me of homemade enchiladas. It's delicious! Great service! REALLY good food!"
HISTORY: "A man made peninsula that was built in 1964 on 30 acres of reclaimed shallow reef, it was turned into a public park in 1972. The name was changed to Aina Moana, but the locals still call it Magic Isla"
Hawaii.com: "Its 1.75 miles of paved walkway is excellent for a leisurely stroll, and being less crowded than Waikiki Beach means you can enjoy the beach without being in anyone's way."
Kylie Matsumoto: "Favorite dish is the Yuk Gae Jang (spicy shredded beef soup). Delicious! Also love the ginger rice drink at the end of the meal. It's like one of those crystalized ginger senbei in liquid form! Yummmm"
Kevin S Oshiro: "I love their meat jun plate. Lots of side dishes that come with the meal (like soup) and that they also serve beer ! Never tried the dish where you had to cook, the food on the middle of the table."
