Pat Cold: "My favorite bar in Detroit. Next to Sloe's in Corktown. Cool and relaxed setting, competent bartenders, high quality drinks. I personally loved the blue blazer and the smoke infused cocktails."
Matthew Kahl: "The cocktails are great. I'm a fan of spicy cocktails and the server delivered on two great ones (one of them was even off-menu). I've also had the burger and fries; both very good, in my opinion."
VisitDetroit: "Opened in 1928 as the flagship movie palace of the Fox Theatres chain, it was the first movie theater in the world designed to include a built in speaker system for films."
Ashley Simon: "One of the bright spots in Detroit. Huge open air market with fresh veggies, fruit, flowers, and other treats. Get there early on the weekend bc crowds can be brutal."
Amanda Marcinek: "Comerica Park is such a great destination if you're looking for a nice night out. My family and I drove 3 hours to get here tonight and it was phenomenal. Great food/drinks, ball team, and fireworks!"
Jose Medina: "There is a crazy selection of food there. Plus a great place for families. Has a carousel and ferris wheel. Plus a huge tiger in the front! Highly recommend."
James Witman: "In the heart of downtown Detroit, Campus Martius Park is a great place to see an outdoor concert in the summer or go ice-skating in the winter. Be sure to look for the Point of Origin marker!"
Amy Lebowsky: "Beautiful slice of backyard coziness in the heart of Downtown. Lovely place to slip off you shoes, feel the grass and enjoy a performance. Nick Cave Dance Lab was excellent!"
