Anne Hack: "We have a business dinner for 12 & did a 6 course tasting dinner. Everything was amazing. The ambience was so relaxing yet chic. I've been recommending Katoi ever since & already planning to go back."
VisitDetroit: "Opened in 1928 as the flagship movie palace of the Fox Theatres chain, it was the first movie theater in the world designed to include a built in speaker system for films."
Ashley Simon: "One of the bright spots in Detroit. Huge open air market with fresh veggies, fruit, flowers, and other treats. Get there early on the weekend bc crowds can be brutal."
Thrillist: "Appropriately relocating from downtown to Cork(!)town, Motor City Wine is an adult grape juice retreat that's half reasonable retail wine shop and half wine bar."
Erich Brubaker: "Insane alcohol collection! Got the Brooklyn (beef brisket, beer cheese, caramelized onions, hold the bacon) and it was delicious perfection. Definitely want to try out the desserts sometime."
Mark: "Get tickets in the upper deck infield for a great view of the park. Try one of the new hot dogs from the "Topped Dogs" stand in the food court, and get one of the 36 beers offered at the 416 Bar."
Jose Medina: "There is a crazy selection of food there. Plus a great place for families. Has a carousel and ferris wheel. Plus a huge tiger in the front! Highly recommend."
Matt Boddy: "Great example of classic club! Phone policy, everyone well dressed, great service. And it is always ALIVE. Not an abandoned hull like so many other clubs. Consistently a great time."
E3 Detroit: "Our bands play weddings in the rooms upstairs all the time! So much character within those walls! They always make for a beautiful party!"
