If you feel like splurging on the most amazing Sushi, go with the Omakase. The restaurant is small and the service can be a little spotty.
Another sushi must in New York City. While very similar to Sushi of Gari’s menu in terms of specialty sushi pieces, the major draw here is that the restaurant is open until 3AM.
Try the Sushi Matsu instead of the Omakase, it is much cheaper and if you ask for chef’s choice, you are essentially getting the same experience at a fraction of the price.
Surprisingly, this is a great place to go just for cocktails, but if you're feeling adventurous for new food, try the kentucky fried blowfish.

There's no menu here, just the omakase, which is nothing short of incredible. When you make a reservation, make sure it's for Ichimura's omakase - it's different from the Brushstroke restaurant.

This discreetly hidden and modern Japanese restaurant is quite expensive but you’ll be rewarded with culinary masterpieces…Omakase is the way to go.
Well worth the wait (and you'll need to wait since they don't take reservations). The service is impeccable and the sushi is extremely fresh and tasty.
Sitting at the bar is worth the premium price. Get the Omakase and be schooled on everything you’re eating by the amazing chefs. Make sure you visit the Bathroom.
Well known and popular landmark serving delicious and plentiful sushi. Try the Dynamite Alaska Roll and the Hamachi Kama to start. Or just go with the Omakase.
