Great hikes in Salt Lake City

Cory Mulcock: Head about 1.5 miles up the canyon for a great short hike - bout 4 miles RT.

Cory Mulcock: Access to White Pine Canyon, Red Pine Canyon and Maybird Gulch. Primary route (through Red Pine) to Pfeifferhorn. Excellent winter backcountry camping.

Cory Mulcock: At the bottom of the "S" curve, about 4.4 miles up Big Cottonwood Canyon. Starting point for two great trails - Lake Blanche and Broads Fork.

Cory Mulcock: Hard to beat the view of SLC from here. Great historical significance as well. Trail to the peak is moderately steep but short - less than a mile RT. Read more.
