If you have a layover in Terminal A, Pappasito's is the place to go. Good food. Portion sizes are quite large so you might consider sharing a dish with someone. They do a good job at breakfast too.
You have to get the cornmeal fried oyster taco—it's delicious and I've haven't heard of one anywhere else. Also, they make their own double layer red velvet cake that is worth saving room for.
Sometimes it's hard to find a healthy option against all the available fast food. Dream Café serves nicely done healthy and organic food.
