1. Pizzeria Mozza
David: Any pizza with burrata. Most of the starters are great too. Crust is now more crispy than chewy.
2. Esquina Tapas Bar
David: Everything very good but seafood dishes really shine. Try the marrow with escargot for maximum indulgence.
3. Cocotte (Communal-Restaurant-Bar)
David: Meats and salads are consistently excellent. Fish is decent but not a standout.
4. Le Bistrot Du Sommelier
David: Hands-down best escargot in Singapore, tangy tomato base cuts through the garlic & butter. Cote du Boeuf was perfect. Be hungry, large portions!
5. Tsukune Ichigo
David: Excellent tsukune. Possibly the best in Singapore. Perfect place to spend some time enjoying a drink and almost magical tsunkune with friends.
6. Smokey's BBQ
David: The smoked beef rib is amazing, better than Brewerkz. Call before you come cos they might have run out.
7. DuluKala Peranakan Restaurant
8. Imperial Treasure Nan Bei Restaurant
David: Xiao long bao, peking duck, prawns with salted egg sauce, fried intestines, mee pok with truffle oil (non-menu item).
