The best cafe in town.Gourmet-alike taste is to be expected for. Real Cappadocian wine(homemade), organic cheese along baked bread having beautiful picks from the Cheif's kitchen. And cats. Great guy!

It's an amazing experience! Start from Uchisar, end up at Goreme for a less tiring hike. Stop by Hasan's tea house for some peanuts and tea. It's hard to believe but yes, he serves here!
Hold your ticket untill the end, you can use it also to visit the cathedral which is out of the park on the way to the parking lot. It is really worth seeing.
