I worked with Christine and Margi when looking into moving here. They were very sweet and accommodating. Nothing like Mike G. portrays them.
@Mike G: Dude, you don't live here anymore. Move on and find something in you life to be happy with. I've lived here before and have never seen a scorpion. You experience doesn't look like the rule.
People considering moving to this property should read all tips. You'll see the trend is there's lots of positives and one person being negative. He hasn't lived here for months. I'm done, the END!

Notice all of the east facing window screens on the top floors have holes in them? That's from the hail storm in 2010... THEY STILL HAVEN'T BEEN REPLACED!
The problems I HAD with these two unprofessional ladies culminated with a phone call from the Regional Vice President of Equity Holdings to let me know that she would take care of Margie & Christine.
For the first year it was great! Until I actually had a valid complaint and office staff didn't want to hear it. Corporate did and they did something about my complaint.
Let Deen C live there a while. Good luck with the Mosquitos and scorpions too.
Mikes comments are true. I had to deal with all of the issues as well. In fact I know a few people who moved out because of issues with the office staff. Please do not act like I'm lying that is rude.
Deen C: Ask Frank, the maintenance guy to show you the scorpion collection he has on his back patio. I'm just trying to help people make an informed decision, not try to spread lies like you do.
Ask them about the bed bug infestation in the west buildings. Ask them about the cheap paint job to try to sell the place real quick. The LOWEST performing property of all Equity's holdings.
