One of my top spots in the city -- very frequently updated new song book, good service, disco balls... Dial 11 for service and ask for the tambourine. Unless I'm in the house, in which case it's mine.
Older rooms, but decent song selection -- good go-to if you're looking for a place that'll definitely have open rooms on a weeknight.
Divier than the St. Mark's Sing Sing, but always has private rooms available, even on weekends. Front bar scene is also good if you're into sharing the mic (not for me).
One word: lasers. Crazy nice rooms, overpriced drinks -- bring your travel flask if you're into that sort of thing.
Great scene + liquor in the front room. Apparently, the front room can be rented out for private events (e.g. my next birthday party).

Expensive, but worth it. Make it short and sweet, cuz it's all you in your private room. HH all day Sunday. Room one has speaker/window to the street!
Gratuitous Karaoke bar. They most likely have the song you're looking to sing, and the turn around is pretty good. Also, check to see what their beer on special is, as good deals are to be had!
