there are a couple weeks each year (just before/after the DST switch) when sunset peaks during the 6 PM concert. or go up on a frosty fall morning for 7:45 AM sunrise!
If you get a chance, go up to the 4th floor and look out the windows. The view is amazing!
Not only is it free, but the fifth floor offers a breathtaking view of Ithaca in tandem with their exceptional Asian art collection. Fun fact: it was designed to be a student lounge originally.
Await a rare but beautiful sunny day and pack a picnic to enjoy on the slope with your friends! You will suddenly have a new appreciation for the torment cause by climbing the hill to class everyday!
one of the highest points in Tompkins County, it's home to WVBR's transmission tower and the best view of Cornell campus and Cayuga Lake.
grab some lunch and head down to the dock to watch crew practice or races. (not every weekend, so check the schedule! or just enjoy your noms.)
the 7th floor is a great, quiet study space…if you can tear yourself away from the amazing views.
