Should you are travelling to Bali with low budget, fear not! Bali is still full with good eateries with affordable prices; here are some worth mentioning from foreign/international food choices.
Epicurina Indonesia: Affordable Japanese restaurant with lots of options to choose from. Bento boxes offers good value, sushi is okay, ambience in Seminyak branch is the nicest. Monday Jazz night tends to be overcrowded.
Epicurina Indonesia: Choose from either the menu, or the already prepared food on the display; which is the fun part in my opinion; dishes contains meat costs about 15K a piece, and less than 10K for non meat.

Epicurina Indonesia: They have probably the cheapest Wagyu steak in town: 200gr chunks under 100K, a very good deal. Virtually no parking space for cars though; and I wish they have stronger sauce options.
Epicurina Indonesia: Virtually all of their items are good, both western ones & Balinese ones - a rare feat. A lot of options to choose from, with very decent prices. Place might look small but it's quite spacious inside.
Epicurina Indonesia: It's a joint consisting of seven restaurants with different cuisines; Balinese, Manadonese, Chinese, Mexican, and Western. Affordable prices, good selections, nice food.
