Rent a bike, admire the graffiti and architecture, read under an orange tree, eat all the food.
1. Barri de Russafa
Anna Soliman: Someone called this the Brixton of Valencia. There are enough beards and tattoos here to cover all the hipster baristas in the world.
2. Museu Sant Pius V de Belles Arts
Anna Soliman: Sorollas, Goyas. Free entrance.
3. Mercat Central
4. Jardí del Túria - Antiguo cauce tramos X y XI
Anna Soliman: An excellent park to ride your bike through. Orange trees everywhere.
5. Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía
Anna Soliman: I didn't go inside. The exterior is way better.
6. Museo de las Ciencias Príncipe Felipe
Anna Soliman: Nice place to ooh and aah. No need to pay the entrance fee and go further inside, admiring the architecture is enough.
7. Canalla Bistro
Anna Soliman: Excellent menu del dia by a chef who knows what he's doing.
8. Dulce de Leche Boutique
Anna Soliman: Comfy and unpretentious cafe with great espresso.
9. Horchatería El Collado
Anna Soliman: If you really must have a horchata, this is where the locals go. Get some insulin ready.
10. La Comisaría
Anna Soliman: Epic meal, excellent service. Also has the most goodlooking waiters I've seen outside a gay bar. I'd like to live here please.
