Sarah Ní Riain: Open Friday - Sunday. The big market day is Saturday and you can buy anything from artichokes to baby clothes to car parts. If you don't like huge crowds, it's quieter on Fridays and Sundays.
Sarah Ní Riain: Founded in 1168, this Church of Ireland cathedral is an example of many architectural styles. If there is a concert occurring in this cathedral during your stay, it's well worth attending.
Sarah Ní Riain: Well worth a stroll in the Spring/Summer sunshine - if you can get there while the daffodils and cherry blossoms are blooming, your heart will lift.
Sarah Ní Riain: Excellent coffee, cosy decor, tasty sandwiches, and most importantly, delicious cakes baked by the Sally Mills Bakery. Friendly staff and laid-back music.
Sarah Ní Riain: Pop-up eatery with daytime and evening menus. Healthy, tasty food, imaginatively presented. Keep an eye out for their "popup-in-a-popup" nights. Get here while you can.
