Ben Hovinga: During the summer months you can see military guarding the tomb of the unknown soldier. They are there from 9am to 5pm and change the guards every hour on the hour.

Metro News: Sentries, present from 9-5 daily at Confederation Square at Elgin/Wellington in summer, can also be seen at the Guard Mount Ceremony on Parliament Hill at 10 a.m. daily, and at Rideau Hall from 10-5. Read more.
