Best tapas in the wide area of Alicante. Great atmosphere. Downstairs is tapas at the bar (recommended) and upstairs is restaurant (tapas or other selections). But a bit expensive.
Belgian chef, fantastic food, nice location, best restaurant of El Campello. A recommendation!
One of the better Italian restaurants @ Campello beach (run by a French boss). Known for its good pizza, but also the other items on the menu are good (e.g. sollomillo).

Spanish boss, but with Belgian cheff (from West-Flanders). Great food, nice menu, prices are very moderate. A recommandation for this area.
Very nice local Spanish tapas bar, in the back areas of San Juan. You will only see local people here, but the food is great. They are specialized in pulpo and marisco's (seafood), but also meat.
Local Spanish restaurant, less touristical where local Spanish people come, but good quality tapas and fish! Should be on your list...
Restaurante La Casa is located at the town square of Busot. It offers a good local Spanish menu, should try it if you live in the neighborhood of Busot.
If you'r in the neighborhood of Torrevieja, this is a nice tapas restaurant. They are originally from Murcia, so you can find several special tapas from this area in Los Zagales. Recommendation!
